ID check: Please present a photo ID (a passport for international guests) when checking in. We cannot host guests under 18 who are traveling without an adult
Check-in: Please pay the remaining balance at check-in. If you will arrive late, please call us in advance
Number of guests: Please check in with the number of guests you booked. If you need to add a guest or an extra bed, please arrange it with us in advance
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors
Illegal drugs: The use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police
Quiet hours: Please keep noise down after 10:00 PM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay
House rules: No parties, gambling, or open flames indoors
Care for the property: Please do not damage the furnishings or items. Damaged or lost items must be paid for at their replacement cost
Valuables: Please look after your valuables. We are not responsible for lost items
Cancellations: Cancellations are handled according to the refund policy below

Deposit and Payment

Booking directly with us (phone or LINE): A 50% deposit is required, and your booking is confirmed once it is paid. After we confirm your booking, we will send you our bank account details; the payment date is flexible and can be arranged with us
Booking on Booking.com: A deposit is not required, and payment follows Booking.com's terms. We will message you to confirm we have received your booking and invite you to pay a deposit in advance
Balance: Please pay the remaining balance at check-in
Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or credit card

Refund Policy

How Refunds Are Calculated

Refund = Deposit × (1 − Deposit deduction percentage) − Refund processing fee (NT$15 per refund)

On the check-in date: 100% deducted
1 day before check-in: 80% deducted
2–3 days before check-in: 70% deducted
4–6 days before check-in: 60% deducted
7–9 days before check-in: 50% deducted
10–13 days before check-in: 30% deducted
14 or more days before check-in: Full refund (minus the processing fee only)

Special Circumstances

If a typhoon (with a land typhoon warning issued) or another major disaster leads Miaoli County to suspend work and classes, you can choose to:

Keep your deposit and reschedule your stay (within six months)
Receive a full refund minus the processing fee
